As a leading LGBT rights activist, Alan Cumming has persevered in and has promoting LGBTQ rights around the world, supporting organisations such as Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, the Human Rights Campaign, The American Foundation for AIDS Research and Broadway Cares/Actors' Equity Association Fights AIDS. The star of Golden Eye, X Men, Spy Kids and more was also presented with the San Francisco Human Rights Campaign's Humanitarian Award in 2005.
We are absolutely thrilled that the Alan will be joining us on the day to lead the march and deliver an opening speech!
Perthshire Pride 2022
In 2019, we hosted our first ever Pride march and we were amazed when 1500 people turned out to support the campaign for LGBTQ Rights and acceptance! We are delighted that the Perthshire Pride March will be returning this year and would love to invite everyone to gather at the South Inch Car Park at 11am.
We are delighted to be returning to The Bank for the 2022 Official Pride After Party.
Join us for a Pub Quiz from the Perth Parrots Floorball Club, Drag Shows and a Pride Classics DJ Set from our special guest headliner Cheryl Hole!
Entry is £7+Booking Fee.
Join us at the Mill Street Plaza on August 13th between 12pm and 6pm for the Perthshire Pride 2022 main event!
- Major and community acts will be entertaining everyone all day on the Ross William Robertson Scott main stage
- A pride market will host stalls from key charities that support the LGBTQ+ community
- A youth zone will offer activities for LGBTQ young people
... and much more!
Join us at on Sunday the 14th at The Yard for a Pride Brunch and Boogie with craft stalls, a Pride themed Dj set and some local food and drink all set in their outdoor venue!
